Conversations are processed through Anthropic's Claude API. We do not sell or share Dia conversation data with third parties for marketing or training purposes.

We retain inquiry information and conversation transcripts for a minimum of three years to support warranty claims, IGI certificate re-issuance, and ongoing customer relationships.
