By accessing or using rsaaidiamonds.com, conversing with Dia, submitting an inquiry, or commissioning a piece from RSAAIDIAMONDS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
RSAAIDIAMONDS operates as an atelier, not a retail e-commerce platform. We do not maintain a checkout cart, and orders are not placed through automated transaction systems on this website. All commissioned pieces are quoted, approved, and delivered through direct conversation with concierge team and the RSAAIDIAMONDS team. Submission of an inquiry through Dia or the contact form does not constitute an order.
Following your inquiry, we will prepare a written quote based on the diamond specifications and setting requested. Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from issuance. An order is created only when you accept a written quote in writing (email confirmation is sufficient) and provide the required deposit. Once an order is placed and the diamond is sourced from our supplier network, the order is non-cancellable.
All diamonds offered by RSAAIDIAMONDS are laboratory-grown. We do not sell mined diamonds. Each diamond is certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI), and the original IGI grading report is provided with the finished piece. We disclose the laboratory-grown origin of every stone in compliance with the FTC Jewelry Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 23). Specifications quoted (carat, color, clarity, cut, polish, symmetry, fluorescence) reflect the IGI report and may differ slightly from what the unaided eye perceives under varying lighting.
Settings are produced in solid 18-karat (18K) gold — yellow, white, or rose. We do not produce or sell plated, vermeil, gold-filled, or lower-karatage settings. Bench work is performed by independent Maryland master jewelers. Custom settings are typically delivered four to six weeks after design approval; longer timelines may apply for unusually complex pieces or stones requiring extended sourcing.
Pricing is provided per quote and reflects the current cost of the specific stone, the setting design, the karatage and weight of gold required, and bench labor. Maryland sales tax (currently 6%) applies to in-state delivery. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is typically required to initiate sourcing and bench work; the balance is due prior to delivery. Payment methods accepted will be specified in your quote.
Finished pieces are delivered by insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or similar) requiring adult signature. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the address on file. We strongly recommend customers obtain personal jewelry insurance promptly upon receipt.
Custom-commissioned pieces are not returnable, as each is built to the customer's individual specifications. We provide a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in setting and bench work. The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, accidents, improper storage, or loss of stones due to impact. Repairs and resizing are available at the customer's expense by appointment.
All content on rsaaidiamonds.com — including text, design, video, the Dia consultant interface, and the RSAAIDIAMONDS name and marks — is the property of RSAAID LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Dia is an AI-powered conversational assistant designed to help customers discuss design options and inquiry parameters. Dia is not a licensed gemologist or appraiser and does not provide formal appraisals or investment advice. All gemological specifications are verified against the official IGI report for any stone you actually receive. Information provided by Dia is for guidance only; final pricing, availability, and specifications are confirmed by concierge team in your written quote.
RSAAIDIAMONDS uses one-time SMS verification codes to confirm the identity of customers commissioning a piece. The toll-free sender is +1 (855) 209-4549, registered to RSAAID LLC.
How consent is collected. Consent is captured verbally during a live voice conversation with our AI atelier concierge, Maya Montgomery, on rsaaidiamonds.com. Before any SMS is sent, Maya asks the customer aloud:
"May I send a six-digit verification code to your phone right now? Just say yes and I'll send it. This is a one-time message from RSAAID LLC at 855-209-4549 to confirm your commission. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and HELP for help."
The SMS is dispatched only after the customer responds affirmatively (for example, "yes," "sure," "please," "go ahead," or "okay"). If the customer declines, hesitates, or asks a question, no SMS is sent — Maya addresses the concern and re-asks for explicit consent.
Message content and frequency. The SMS contains a six-digit verification code in the form: "RSAAID LLC: Your Atelier Diamonds verification code is [######]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply." Frequency is one (1) message per diamond commission. We do not send marketing SMS, promotional SMS, or recurring messages of any kind. We do not maintain an SMS marketing list.
Opt-out. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from 855-209-4549 to opt out immediately. Reply HELP for help. Opt-out is honored at the Twilio infrastructure level and is irreversible without affirmative re-consent in a subsequent voice conversation. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Recordkeeping. Each consent event is logged with timestamp, the customer's confirmed phone number, originating IP address, a transcript snippet containing Maya's prompt and the customer's affirmative response, and the Twilio Verify SID. Consent logs are retained for a minimum of four (4) years in accordance with FCC and CTIA best practices for A2P toll-free opt-in records.
Eligibility. SMS verification is available only to recipients with United States or Canadian mobile numbers. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by Maryland law, RSAAID LLC's total liability arising from any commissioned piece is limited to the purchase price of that piece. We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.
